Service Pricing Schedule Standard call out fee $300.00 Ex GST The standard call out fee includes 1 hour travel and 1 hour technical time.
This is the minimum charge applicable for on-site service work. This standard call out fee is a
non-negotiable flat rate that applies to all and any on-site work performed by an iMedia
technician. The standard call out fee does not include any consumable or non-consumable
parts. Parts required will be charged additionally and will be quoted prior to use. Additional Labour per hour $150.00 Ex GST This is the rate for any work performed by an iMedia technician after the initial call out fee. This is charged in half hour ($75.00 Ex GST) brackets. This additional Labour does not include any consumable or non-consumable parts. Parts required will be charged additionally and will be quoted prior to use. Service Documentation The iMedia service technician will fill in a service report which will state a start and finish time, parts used, and description of work done. This document is to be signed by you the customer and a copy kept for your records. Equipment Warranty For service work carried out on machines under Manufacturers Warranty Agreements you (the customer) are still liable to pay the standard call out fee and any additional labour charges accumulated during the repair unless otherwise stated in your warranty agreement. In addition any consumable parts including ink cartridges, pads, cleaning kits etc are also chargeable to the customer. Faulty non-consumable parts and components will be replaced where possible as part of your Manufacturers Warranty Agreement. Payment of service invoices Payment of service invoices is subject to same terms as your existing iMedia account. If you do not have an account with iMedia and no other payment arrangement has been arranged then payment must be made COD by cash, cheque, credit card, or EFT.
