X-Board is a new generation, 97% recycled, light weight and rigid kraft based board.

X-Board is a new generation, extremely versatile, lightweight board, which offers designers and manufacturers a VOC-Free, sustainable alternative to MDF, particle board and petrochemical-based foamed-core boards, typically used for building short-term displays and structures of all types.

X-Board's exceptional strength–to-weight ratio characterised by its unique high-crush resistant honeycomb structured core is manufactured from post-consumer recycled paper and sugar cane waste, sandwiched between layers of semi-rigid printable paper. X-board can be easily disposed of in paper recycling bins after use.

X-Board can be direct UV inkjet printed or decorative laminates can be applied over the board. Panels can be mitre-cut, folded or curved, shape cut , canvas or fabric-wrapped, photo-mounted and fastened together with velcro, hot-melt adhesive or magnetic strips, generating an endless array of sustainable design possibilities.
