As a customer service representative, Monica is often the first point of contact at iMedia for both customers and iMedia representatives. Over the last 10 months since joining the company she has become an integral part of the team, and thinks that her manager might describe her as both fun and a little dyslexic. While she has always enjoyed her job, she has liked it a lot more since she discovered the PaperlinX building comes equipped with a hot chocolate machine! When Mon is at home, she likes to walk her dog, Tillie, and when she’s not at home, netball and basketball are her thing. |
